I set up a Google calendar page, that I think everyone will be able to edit. I thought it might help to start planning out dates and things. We can add when we're busy and then look for holes.
I need to add everyone to it so that they can start using it, but I only have Bill and Evan's emails to start. Send me your email address and I'll get everyone added.

Hi all.
I put up all I had open so far for June - August 2013 so far to Brian's Google Calendar. Brian, when you have a minute, let me know if it took on the calendar - I use google calendar for a lot of things at work and had some minor glitches in the past - just want to be sure that you and the group can see me as well as I can see you.
Basically if it says, "Becker-Available" I can probably do it from a work/home perspective - just have to clear it with the two ladies in my life. Also I can try to swap shifts with my co workers - If these dates don't seem to work with the group as a whole.
Let me know.

Awesome, it looks like everything took so far. I use it for personal stuff, but this is the first time I've tried doing a group thing. My stuff is also in there through the end of July, and then August I have nothing planned so far.

My work schedule just got all fucked up. We had a manager quit. I still get days off and everything but everything I thought was true about my schedule is a lie... a soul crushing lie! I'll put it up when Brian puts me in to the calander page and I have a concrete idea of what's going on.

What about Monday June 24, Sunday June 30, Monday July 8, or Thursday night July 11? Those look like random dates that we could get together. We could maybe pick one and see if we can rally the full troops for it.
